From Specialicious:

Pay $12 for ticket admission to the National FreedomFest on July 3rd or 4th at The Yards Park on the Washington, D.C. waterfront ($25 value).

You can also pay $12 for a one day ticket ($25 value) or $20 for the two-day ticket ($35 value) through Whats The Deal DC.

DC's largest Independence Day festival is two days of the area's most popular national, regional, and local bands and DJs. Over 40 bands (on 5 stages) will be on-site over the two-day bonanza; various food vendors will be on hand to tame your hunger while you count down to the National Fireworks.  Located in the newly-developed Yards Park, this rain-or-shine event also features craft beer vendors and a pool party-esque Splashdown Zone, perfect for beating the heat.
